All hot tap fittings are stamped with a code number for material identification. Material certificates are included. The quality control is according to the client’s specifications.

• Hot Tap Fittings and Pipeline Hot Tapping

The Hot tap Fittings are full-branch split tees designed for equipment tie-ins, lateral connections, and line extensions with permanent full-bore valves. The Hot tap Fittings are equipped with a welding neck flange RF according to ANSI Class 150, 300, 600, or 900. All fittings are available in compliance with applicable codes, including ASME B31.3 and DOT.

• Hot Tap Fitting and Equipment for the Oil Gas Industry

  They are available up to 48”. Larger sizes and pressure ratings are available on request. They are designed to be used with the TECPESA Hot Tapping and Pipeline Hot Tapping equipment TBL-182TH, TBL-242TH, TBL-302TH, TBL- 0322, TBL-0644, and TBL-1106 or with other Hot Tapping Equipment with flange connection. According to the size of the main pipeline and the client’s specifications, the Hot Tap Pipe Fittings can be manufactured with a different reinforcement like a Weld-o-let or Pad. The fitting needs full encirclement reinforcement if the Hot tap Fittings and Pipeline Hot Tapping are the same size as the main pipeline (size-on-size). If there is no required reinforcement, TECPESA manufactures this fitting with a scarfed or flat bottom ending.
