Sanitary napkins are also known as sanitary towels, sanitary pads or maxi pads.

New 2002 available for Sale! Also available is a commissioned 2003, slightly used, with only 900 operating hours. Our Sanitary napkin machine is made by Fameccanica Date, Italy.

 Working speed: 350 - 400 pieces/min, respectively 1400-1600 m/min linear speed web. The machine is equipped with enhanced raw material feeding systems to guarantee the best web stability: un-winders with servo-driven expanding spindles, web accumulation for automatic |zero speed splicing” with |cut & splice” devices.

Include tension control devices, with servo-driven equipment, guarantee the best web tension control along the whole web flow and allow reduced tension in case of using delicate materials. Produce winged napkins, individually wrapped (easy wrap fold, up to 230 mm length and 150 mm width) with 5 layers: outer protection layer, transfer layer (unidirectional fluid transmissive characteristic) perforate film, Airlad layer (which cover the core absorbent) and super-adsorbent polymers (SAPs) core, which absorb and retain large amount of liquids.

 Installed electrical power:  150 kW. Packaging machinery made by API, Italy, semi-automatic, capacity 35 – 50 bags with 10 sanitary napkins, 7 kW. Atlas Copco screw compressor, model GA 37 FF, Capacity FAD 115 l/s, working pressure 7.5 bars, installed motor power 37 kW. Compressed air tank of 12,000 liters.
