(1) - one – 1993 Erie Strayer Model MG-11CP 10 Cubic Yard Mobile Gravity Central Mix Concrete Batch Plant including - 10 Cy Erie Tilting Mixer with enlarged discharge opening for paving operations, two 11’ x 14’ ground based aggregate hoppers, two 24” wide x 80’ long truss conveyors feeding the three bin 100 ton capacity overhead aggregate storage bins, 10 yard aggregate weigh hopper, 48” wide aggregate delivery conveyor, 715 BBL (134 ton) split 1/3 2/3 cement silo, 10 cy cement weigh batcher, in frame 4,000 gallon water tank with pump and metering system, electric in tank water heater, bag house dust control system, electric motor controls with switchgear, Erie Strayer automatic control system upgraded from original 386 processor to Sentry Computer Control System, Version 3.600, Central Command II, purchased 11-05 – mounted in Conex control room. S/N MG 6594; Equip. #27-290.
*Includes the following factory added features that would make S/N 6594 closer to Erie’s current Model MG-12CP:
-Central dust collector mounts on travel frame.
-Internal dust ducts in the silo that travel intact to speeding tear-down / erection.
-ducting from silo and cement batcher are go to one common connection point so that the dust collector on the travel frame can be quickly connected with one short piece of duct.
-On board water tank and pump
-Pinned connection for mixer to aggregate travel frame
-48| batch transfer conveyor
-5 cement air loading pipes
-High capacity cement batcher discharge
-60 HP hydraulic power unit for mixer tilt
-Water exchange cooling system for hydraulics
-Theoretical production capacity would be around 320 yd/hr, 250 applying a typical 80% efficiency factor.
Condition: Generally good with exception to: *original air compressor has failed. It’s included but is out of service.
